I looked at several HUD apts here in Asheville and I was excited when my application was approved and in Oct moved in. There have been multiple mgrs at this property reflects negatively on the corporate office. The question? Why do mgrs leave? Something ain't right! On my floor, thankfully we don't have issues with bugs. Currently we have been without a mgr for almost a month! So when there are issues with residents bringing dogs into their place there isn't anyone to complain to. People are living here that aren't on the lease. Also, just because they try to cater to seniors doesn't mean everything is cool and the gang. There are people living here that are bias and prejudice. There are others that want to control things just because they have lived here for years. Then you got just "haters". (Like complaining about smokers). The bottom line? I love the ambiance, the wooded areas, outdoor is well maintained. They need to hire a professional company to clean hallways and interior. Maintained is unresponsive at this time. It's on bus route. I'm blessed to call it home.

When I first saw Arrowhead Apartments I was so happy. My efficiency, the entire building and the beautiful trees on the premises are close to my heart. I've been here 13 years, and I feel totally grateful and fortunate that Arrowhead is my home. Often we residents have fun things and programs planned for us in the Community Room; I have made some good friends. Management, and the Maintenance Supervisor are awesome. Always available, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead Apartments to a family member or friend. Oh, I also love that Arrowhead accepts pets.

My son moved to Arrowhead 2 months ago and has had a super great experience. The location is perfect and the staff is very happy to help with whatever needs to be done. Absolutely love the community garden is just to cute.
